UNIOUN

UNIOUN was hired by Andala, a company that builds conversational customer agents, to fine-tune a large language model (LLM) for creating a conversational AI tailored for customer support in industrial supply chains. The CEO of Andala found UNIOUN through an online search and selected them for their affordable pricing, good value for cost, and alignment with company values. A team of 2-5 employees from UNIOUN worked on this project. Key deliverables included a requirements document, a curated dataset, a model selection report, a fine-tuned model, training scripts, model checkpoints, an evaluation report, a test suite, a validation report, a bias analysis, a user acceptance testing plan, a deployable model, a deployment guide, a user manual, a final report, and a two-hour knowledge transfer session. The project was successful, delivering a scalable, accurate, and context-aware AI with comprehensive documentation.
