Unfold

Unfold was hired by Gapsquare, a company focused on creating an inclusive work environment, to provide ongoing UX and UI design services. These services included digital prototyping, user testing and validation, and creating design assets for development. Unfold was selected for its collaborative opportunities and its team, which included a managing director, a front end lead, and a digital designer, worked closely with Gapsquare on a monthly basis. The project involved a significant overhaul of the FairPay dashboard's digital experience, aiming for a more intuitive and user-friendly design. The complex analytics of the platform were successfully simplified, making them easier for users to understand. The redesign also allowed for the addition of new features. The continuous iteration and testing of the prototype underscore Unfold's commitment to delivering a product that meets the client's needs.
