Unfold was hired by BNGx, an online exchange for biodiversity units, to create a bespoke platform to enable the trade of biodiversity units. They successfully converted BNGx's proprietary algorithms into running code within a modern web infrastructure, and also devised an engaging marketing website to promote the platform. Unfold's work was critical in achieving an intuitive, user-friendly platform that simplified the complex procedures mandated by new legislation. A standout feature of their work was the web-ready implementation of BNGx's intelligent matching algorithm. The Bike Shed Company, an outdoor storage manufacturer, engaged Unfold to review their contact strategy and execution and recommend improvements. Unfold was chosen by The Natural Adventure, a travel agency offering walking and cycling holidays, to improve specific parts of their website and create a customer portal. Unfold focused on enhancing the checkout page and a new homepage, developing and A/B testing two versions of the checkout page. One version led to a remarkable 20% increase in conversions, a significant improvement for the business.
