Ultrashield Technology successfully worked with Qualysoft, an IT services company, to integrate AI modules into their existing client solutions. The main aim was to enhance efficiency by implementing predictive insights and automation. Ultrashield’s role was to handle AI model development, testing, and API integration, while Qualysoft handled client-side deployment and feedback loops. A chatbot was also built for internal IT support. The project was a success, with the AI outputs aligning effectively with the clients' operations.
In a project with 1KIN Labs, Ultrashield Technology developed a functional, scalable developer portal for the GR1D Network. The aim was to create a system where third-party developers and partners could easily integrate with the network. Ultrashield developed features for user registration, secure API key management, usage analytics, and role-based access control, among others. The portal was successfully deployed on a cloud environment, enabling partner and developer engagement at scale.
Working with TabSquare.AI, Ultrashield Technology developed a centralized platform to simplify operational management for franchise owners and regional managers. The platform provided real-time insights into sales, customer behaviour, and performance across multiple outlets. Ultrashield built role-based access control, menu and pricing management tools, campaign scheduling features, and custom dashboards for performance tracking. The solution was integrated with existing systems and designed to scale with future client onboarding, achieving the goal of improved operational efficiency.
