Highlights from Recent Projects
Ultrahaus was hired by Legalboards, a legal workflow automation company, to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and design its UI/UX. The goal was to transform the core idea into a functional, testable product to validate with real users and continuously refine it based on feedback and market insights. Ultrahaus was chosen for this project due to a referral and alignment with company values. A team of 2-5 people from Ultrahaus worked on this project. They were responsible for product discovery and planning, MVP design and development, product iteration and feature refinement, scalable infrastructure setup, and providing ongoing fractional support. The collaboration resulted in a successful MVP and a scalable technical foundation for Legalboards. The client appreciated the access to high-value roles such as CTO, Product Manager, and Tech Lead on a fractional basis which supported their strategy, execution, and growth without the need for full-time hires.
