The COO of Klingit appreciated Ukrany's strong network of talented creatives and their efficient, service-minded approach. The project involved ongoing dialogue about current and future needs, with Ukrany helping to find suitable candidates for various roles. They also managed many operational aspects of the collaboration, making it easy for Klingit to integrate new designers into their team. As a result, around 8-10 talented designers and specialists from Ukrany are now working with Klingit.

For Point Express Inc, a trucking dispatch service company, Ukrany offered human resources services. Chosen for their flexibility, Ukrany quickly responded to the company's need for more dispatchers. After filling in a recruitment specification brief, Point Express started receiving CVs within a few days. Following several interviews, they hired three dispatchers. The whole process took approximately two weeks to complete, with the main communication being handled by Ukrany's COO.

Ukrany also provided outsourcing solutions for a startup IT firm seeking affordable design solutions. The startup found Ukrany online and began their cooperation in March 2020. Since then, Ukrany has supplied four designers and is covering all staff costs. The startup is considering engaging a UX designer from Ukrany's team after the end of the six-month period. This project involved the COO, a recruiter, finance managers, and the CEO of Ukrany, demonstrating their comprehensive and professional approach.
