Uhray was hired by a hospitality jobs platform to develop a web application. The project started from scratch, with Uhray's team helping to build various features including a video resume tool. This tool was independently created, helping the client create intellectual property. Uhray also worked on the platform's backend, ensuring a smooth process for receiving job applications. The project, which began in 2018, is ongoing. Uhray's consultative approach and willingness to accommodate the client's budget were pivotal in securing the partnership.

Uhray collaborated with CDLLife, a logistics media company, to provide development and staff augmentation services. Initially starting with a small 30-hour per month service agreement, the partnership has grown significantly over the years as CDLLife's business models evolved and expanded. Uhray has worked on a variety of projects, including the design of a mobile app, the creation of a backend lead generation admin portal, and the development of a CRM tool. Uhray also integrated various external software programs into a single dashboard, automating numerous processes for increased efficiency. The partnership, which began in February 2017, has seen CDLLife invest approximately $1.5 to $2 million in Uhray's services.
