UDS Technology

UDS Technology was engaged by TV NSports, a web-based sporting event broadcasting company, to optimize the use of their AWS CDN infrastructure. The project involved configuring the AWS CDN for live streaming, adjusting the Elemental encoder for stream quality, and assisting with the video player implementation. The process also included exhaustive testing at each stage. An average of three UDS Technology team members, varying according to the technical skills required, assisted with the project. The company was satisfied with the services rendered by UDS Technology, which was initially recommended to them by AWS.

In another project, UDS Technology was hired by an electronics company to develop a new sales platform via a mobile application. The aim of the project was to innovate in the distribution market of their products by reducing the cost per transaction. The project was executed using agile methodologies, with the first MVP ready by day 45 and beta testing conducted two months into the project. The team from UDS Technology consisted of a project manager, two analysts, one QA professional, and four developers. Lastly, UDS Technology was contracted by a sales training company needing a robust platform to accommodate their growing number of distance education students. The solution involved the continuous development of a web and app platform, starting with discovery and design workshops to identify main problems and generate a development roadmap. The platform was incrementally developed using C# with ReactJS and other solutions for video streaming. The project team comprised a Scrum Master, Team Leader, UX Designer, Business Analyst, two Front-end Developers, three Back-end Developers, a Quality Analyst, and a DevOps Engineer. The sales training company was impressed with UDS Technology's technical skills, work methodology, and their ability to deliver an updated version of the platform consistently.
