Ubiminds

Ubiminds partnered with LawnStarter, Inc., an outdoor services marketplace, to provide HR recruitment and staff augmentation services. LawnStarter sought to supplement their team with high-quality staffing solutions, and Ubiminds came on board to screen and interview candidates based on specific hard and soft skills requirements. The partnership, which began in October 2021, involved 4-6 people from the Ubiminds team and is still ongoing.

In another project, Ubiminds collaborated with an education technology company that serves K-12 districts in the US and Canada. The company required quality engineering, data engineering, and software development support due to rapid growth in headcount. Ubiminds provided resources that were treated as full-time engineers and were embedded within the existing development teams. The team, which consisted of 5-10 people, developed data pipelines, provided application security engineers, quality engineers, and front- and backend developers specializing in Python. The engagement, which started in August 2021, has so far cost around $1,000,000 and is still ongoing.

Ubiminds also worked with an IT company to provide IT staff augmentation services. The company aimed to find the best talent for the job at competitive rates. Ubiminds was chosen based on their high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, great culture fit, good value for cost, and aligned company values. The project involved identifying top talent to provide cloud security expertise to the company's customers. Key deliverables included sourcing two consultants with cloud security, DevOps, and customer-facing and project management skills. The project involved 2-5 employees from Ubiminds.
