UAM provided bookkeeping and BPO services for a digital marketing agency. The agency initially engaged an executive assistant from UAM for organizational needs, then expanded their tasks to include tech support, campaign management, and bookkeeping. A team of 5-7 resources from UAM was assigned to the project. The partnership, which began in September 2019, has been ongoing. The digital marketing agency found UAM online and chose them as their virtual assistance provider.

For a commercial real estate investment management firm, UAM built out a lead management team. The team was tasked to manage the lead pipeline in the firm's CRM from first touch until the sales team took over. UAM was selected after the firm interviewed several offshore staffing companies. The firm started with a few full-time employees from UAM in 2020, and has grown to about 15. The UAM employees were divided across the firm's portfolio to specialize in and create ownership over a portion of the portfolio each.

UAM was hired by a fintech company to help with their CRM back office activities. The UAM team worked remotely and visited the office once a week to handle data-related back office tasks and update the company's platform. They also offered LinkedIn marketing services focused on lead generation and connecting with investors and borrowers. The team comprised of a business analyst, an operations associate, an operations analyst, and two marketing assistants. The partnership, which began in May 2020, is ongoing and the company has invested around $400,000 in the partnership so far.
