U & I brand consulting collaborated with a women's contemporary fashion line owner to develop product samples for her brand. The client selected a three-style package and the team set up a production calendar outlining key project dates. The process involved creating flat sketches, tech packages, and patterns for the first prototype based on the client's designs. The first samples were delivered within two weeks and after a round of revisions, the final prototypes were produced. The client primarily worked with Sheila, the owner of U & I, a pattern maker, three sewers, and a few interns. The project ran from January to April 2018 and cost between $3,000–$5,000. The client expressed satisfaction with the second prototypes and did not require further revisions.

U & I brand consulting was hired by a restaurant and bakery group to develop and manufacture a line of fashionable and functional front-of-house aprons. The project was led by Sheila, the founder of U & I, who worked closely with the client throughout the development. Her partner handled the technical aspects of the design. The team successfully designed, developed, and manufactured a line of aprons that became the signature aprons for the restaurant group's multiple locations. The selection of U & I as the vendor for this project was based on recommendations from past and current clients. The client was pleased with the final results.
