Two Core Global was commissioned by Noorrix Motors LTD, a used car dealership focused on various aspects of vehicle sales and management like denting and painting, to build a digital platform to augment their operations. The company’s objectives included enhancing the display of vehicles for sale, automating customer enquiries through a chatbot, and streamlining their buying and selling process. Two Core Global also aimed to develop an appointment booking system and create feature-rich vehicle enquiry tools.
Two Core Global built a comprehensive digital system utilizing modern technologies and methodologies such as NextJS, React, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS. The website design was coupled with a dynamic inventory management system, an online valuation calculator for customers, a conversational artificial intelligence chatbot, and a convenient booking system for test drives and appointments. The team also worked on django based backend development, created tools to manage customer inquiries and effectively drafted the business logic with the help of NodeJS, Python, and SQL.
With the infusion of various custom automotive tools and automations, the project resulted in a seamless digital experience for the dealership. It enabled them to better manage their listing and generate customer inquiries. The project also resulted in efficient customer journey management by capturing and managing enquiries from the point of interest to setting up an appointment.
