The project, which ran from May 2018 to December 2019, involved a complete transformation of the interior of the business premises from a concrete shell to a finished unit. The scope of work included obtaining all necessary permits, providing materials and labour, coring of all drainage, building walls, running electrical and data wires, and installing HVAC and lighting. A team of five professionals, including framers, electricians and plumbers, was deployed for the job. The vendor was selected after a rigorous process of interviewing several companies that quoted for the job.
