Twist Open UX

Twist Open UX was hired by Wishwa to design the UX for their web platform and mobile app. The project scope expanded to include organizational design solutions and back-end operations software. Twist Open implemented a robust communication strategy, handled complex business flows, and designed dashboards for data visualization. The visual design was vibrant and positive, reflecting the ethos of the initiative. The team included a Design Director, a senior UX strategist, and a senior Visual designer. Their professionalism, focus, and talent were highly appreciated by Wishwa.

For the Silicon Institute of Technology, Twist Open UX was tasked with the UX/UI design of three websites: the main university website and two child websites for different campuses. The previous website was outdated and lacked cohesiveness, making it difficult for prospective students to find relevant information. Twist Open developed an improved UX to address this issue and increase returns on acquisition spend. They devised a system of components to speed up the design cycles and ensure mobile optimization. The project was led by the Design Director and a senior Visual designer.

Twist Open UX was chosen by Avanara, a New York-based consulting firm, for their experience design, digital collaterals, and style guide project. The team evaluated the existing websites, worked to understand the user types and their platform usage, and created annotated wireframes and pixel-perfect visual compositions for the next-generation design of the websites. The project was handled by a senior UX strategist and a senior Visual designer. Despite timezone differences, deadlines were consistently met and changes were clearly communicated, making it easy to collaborate.
