Twine

Twine was hired by DGMIND SAS, an aviation company, to define the architecture of their automation platform and develop code in accordance with the company's specifications. The director of DGMIND SAS was referred to Twine and chose them for their cultural fit, value for cost, alignment with company values, and understanding of the constraints and prior experience in hardware and software development. Twine provided CTO-as-a-Service, which included overall system architecture, strategic choice of technologies, legal and license considerations, programming, testing, and certification. The project was completed with 2-5 of Twine's employees.

BrioHR, an HR and Payroll software provider for SMEs in Southeast Asia, hired Twine to develop a reporting service to be deployed within their SaaS application. BrioHR's CTO found Twine through a referral and the French tech community and selected them for their cultural fit and emphasis on quality. Twine was tasked to build an independent service that would consume some of BrioHR's internal APIs, allowing the company to build reports for their customers. The deliverable was the source code of the service itself.

UMAI, a company that provides CRMs to reservation-taking restaurants, hired Twine for their Fractional CTO service with the aim of optimizing their non-development and development processes through software automation. The CEO of UMAI found Twine through a referral and selected them for their high ratings, good value for cost, and referral. Twine conducted a comprehensive review of UMAI's non-development processes and identified opportunities for automation. They also assessed the company's development processes, ensuring isolated development environments, proper code versioning, reproducibility, automated testing, and efficient onboarding for new developers. Twine's team of 2-5 employees successfully completed the project.
