TWG was contracted by CARROT Insights, a health rewards company, to create an original version of their app. The app, named Carrot Rewards, is a mobile health app that rewards users with loyalty points for healthy behavior. TWG created the entire platform, including the CMS, backend, data extraction tool, and the iOS and Android native apps. The app integrates with popular loyalty programs in Canada, HealthKit, Google Fit, Fitbit, and has an Apple Watch version. TWG also assisted with branding and design, and supported the client in building an in-house development team. The client spent over $1 million on this project from January 2015 to January 2017.

TWG worked with a home textile and product design company to redesign their website, making it more user-friendly and mobile-friendly. The old site was based on WordPress and Shopify, and TWG evaluated how Shopify could be used more extensively. This project, which began in May 2016, cost the client $25,000. TWG has since performed a small update on the site and continues to provide maintenance services.

The Canadian Film Center, a cultural institution, hired TWG for a digital transformation project. The organization needed a functional website to support their content strategy and integrate with their cloud-based backend. TWG built a custom backend on top of a Ruby on Rails platform, which has since undergone numerous changes. The client has spent between $200,000 and $250,000 on TWG's services since they started working together in 2011. The partnership is ongoing, with current projects involving data visualization.
