Over the course of the project, which ran from August 2024 to May 2025, Twekl successfully planned, designed, developed, and implemented a complete digital system and technology infrastructure. This included the design and development of a custom website and mobile application for online ordering and customer management, and the implementation of a centralized admin dashboard for product management, inventory, orders, and reporting. They also integrated smart farm and IoT monitoring systems for real-time operational visibility, and set up secure backend infrastructure, databases, hosting, and system integrations. The project, which involved 10-15 team members from Twekl, cost approximately $200,000.
