Turtle Media was hired by a web development team to create UX designs for an online tutoring platform. The selection process involved shortlisting Hong Kong-based agencies based on their portfolios and conducting interviews. Turtle Media was chosen due to their impressive design work and capability to swiftly comprehend the client's needs. The project began with Turtle Media conducting interviews with the web development team and the end client. Subsequently, they submitted wireframes and mood boards for review. The final stage involved producing graphical mockups of the user interface. The project was primarily handled by Turtle Media's founder, Ali Reid. The client was satisfied with the design work that was not only appropriate but also demonstrated a profound understanding of their needs.
