Turtle collaborated with a Christian nonprofit organization to create a robust distribution platform for training and equipping churches worldwide. The nonprofit had already developed a minimum viable product (MVP) that was deployed in a few countries. Turtle was brought in to expand the product to 60 countries and transform it into a comprehensive final product. The Turtle team worked on redesigning and adding new elements to the existing User Experience (UX) of the web application, which provides a wide range of resources for supporting churches' daily operations. After implementing the new features, they conducted extensive user testing on both mobile and desktop applications. The total cost of the project was over $100,000, and it was completed between August 2018 and May 2019. The client appreciated Turtle's product-focused user testing approach and their understanding of the nonprofit market.
