Turing Quantitative was hired by The Sola Company, a producer of low-sugar, low-carb snacks, to integrate Generative AI into their e-commerce operations. The objective was to enhance customer interactions and improve operational efficiency through personalized snack recommendations and optimized inventory management. Turing Quantitative was chosen for their competitive pricing, good value for cost, and company values that aligned with The Sola Company's. The team of 2-5 employees from Turing Quantitative integrated large language models into a chat-based system, fine-tuned existing models to meet e-commerce requirements, and implemented RAG methodologies for enhanced performance. They also designed API integrations for seamless deployment and suggested steps for scaling the solution beyond the proof of concept. The Sola Company found Turing Quantitative's work to be in alignment with their business needs and appreciated their proactive approach.
