TrustPro Pte Ltd was hired by ELH TECH (S) PTE. LTD, a 3D printing services company, for ERP consulting and system integration. The project objectives included shop floor job scheduling, a quotation module based on customized volume, and total order tracking. TrustPro was selected due to its high ratings, referral, and alignment with company values. The team of 2-5 employees from TrustPro worked on setting up business rules process and integration to the system, identifying and solving issues through gap analysis, and system co-setup and appraisal. The project was successful and met the client's satisfaction.

TrustPro Pte Ltd was also engaged by Fish International Sourcing House, a global seafood company, for ERP and business consulting and system integration. The project aimed at system consulting and co-implementation, and process flow design. TrustPro was chosen due to its high ratings, great culture fit, good value for cost, referral, and alignment with company values. One employee from TrustPro was assigned to this project. The scope of work included business process review of system with co-setup, business rules process setup and integration to the system, system co-setup and appraisal according to benchmarking of similar system, and gap analysis. The project was successfully completed, meeting the client's expectations.
