TrueNode was hired by Maddox AI, an AI startup, for their expertise in UI/UX and web design. In a project for DAC.digital, a software engineering company, TrueNode provided product management and consultancy services. The end goal was to build a dedicated freelancer job marketplace for the end customer. TrueNode's role involved translating business requirements into detailed project backlog items, coordinating with the delivery team, and maintaining clear communication to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery.
