Highlights from Recent Projects
True Impact Partners worked with H.W. Kaufman Group, an insurance company, to build a completely new website for their largest brand, Burns & Wilcox. The project included the creation of a Canadian version of the site. True Impact Partners conducted stakeholder interviews and built a strategy before moving into the design phase of the new website. They spent considerable time learning about the business and its objectives. The partnership began in May 2019 and continues today, with True Impact Partners handling site maintenance and improvements. The investment in this project was close to $1 million.
In a separate project, True Impact Partners partnered with JCFS Chicago, a non-profit social service agency, to develop a social media campaign aimed at raising awareness about the organization. The project began with stakeholder interviews, research, audits, and analysis. True Impact Partners then developed a marketing and media strategy, messaging, and creative concepts. Once approved, they moved on to media development. The campaign launched in April, and metrics were measured using Google Analytics and Google Data to continually optimize the campaign and tactics. The vendor's team consisted of various specialists including a principal, PR lead, copywriter, designer, media expert, and paid social specialist.
True Impact Partners also collaborated with Afirm, a loss control inspection and premium audits company, to develop a self-inspection app for policyholders. The app, which is iOS and Android-compatible, was designed for users to answer questions, capture photographs, and collect information themselves, reducing the need for face-to-face interactions. True Impact Partners also provided input on product positioning and differentiation in the market. The project, which started in May 2019, cost $275,000. While this particular project is complete, Afirm continues to consult with True Impact Partners for app-related issues.
