Triple Innovations was chosen based on their agile methodology, timeline, price, and scope coverage. The project was successfully completed in phases with the final version being stabilized and ready for service. The application is now used by the company's sales force working on the B2B segment.
In a project for Teva Pharmaceuticals, Triple Innovations was tasked with delivering a Salesforce Service Cloud solution. The pharmaceutical company required a platform for communication with customers and sales representatives. The overall cost of the project implementation was €25,221.60. After a few weeks of development, user acceptance testing (UAT) was held and users successfully completed it. The Salesforce Service Cloud solution is now up and running, and users can contact their SHM and developers directly during the "hypercare month" if they encounter any problems.
