Trigent Software worked with CanPrev, a natural health products company, to improve their business processes and systems. The company had outgrown its existing order and account processes, which led to a collaboration with Trigent. Trigent participated in a month-long intensive knowledge transfer, understanding CanPrev's existing data flows and processes. Following this, Trigent began a series of sprints to replace the existing system with a more extensible one. The project, which began in May 2020, had a soft launch in February 2021. The successful collaboration led to Trigent being included in CanPrev's other digital transformation projects. The total investment in this project was around $500,000.

Trigent Software also provided manual application testing services for Rally Health, a healthcare company. The company was facing issues with its previous provider, and Trigent stepped in to provide testing for mobile iOS and Android apps across 10-15 different devices. Trigent's team, which consisted of around 10 resources, helped Rally Health run 1,000-2,000 test cases as needed. This collaboration, which began in January 2018, is ongoing and has cost between $50,000 and $199,999.

Trigent Software was also chosen by a global financial firm to provide manual, automation, and load testing for their investment portal. Throughout the year, Trigent worked on several releases to create new features and build automation for existing ones. The team from Trigent included manual QA, automation engineers, load test engineers, and project managers. The details regarding the investment in this project were not provided.
