Triangu was hired by ControlPay, a global freight audit and logistics visibility provider, to implement a Jira Service Desk. ControlPay wanted to optimize their business processes with a customized ticketing system and integrated service desk platform. Triangu undertook the project which involved Jira migration and upgrade, Jira Service Desk customization, redesigning of workflows, and workflow automation with additional Jira plugins. The project team included a Project Manager from ControlPay and a team from Triangu. The project was successfully completed through a tendering process.
BBH Stockholm, a leading growth acceleration consultancy firm, hired Triangu for DevOps consulting services for their e-commerce project E-BRain. The project aimed to build a human-centric platform that would allow Panini to serve their customers more conveniently and build loyalty. Triangu created the infrastructure for E-Brain & Panini Internazionale, including a central data intelligence system that allowed a seamless journey for clients and employees. The team from Triangu included a Cloud Architect, a Senior DevOps engineer, and two Middle DevOps Engineers. The project was successfully executed based on previous experience and recommendations.
EGYM, the largest training floor platform for fitness facilities, hired Triangu to merge their two Atlassian cloud tools (Jira, Confluence) into one space. Considering that losing data was impermissible, Triangu had to find a solution to keep the data intact on both instances. The process involved testing, downloading the data from two Jira Clouds to their servers, merging it, fixing issues, and uploading the data from the test server to the test cloud. The project was successfully completed with a team consisting of a Project Manager and two Atlassian certified experts from Triangu. The vendor was selected via professional reference.
