Tremity

Tremity was engaged by Thankbox, an employee engagement, appreciation, and rewards platform, to assist with product technical architecture, development, customer support, and content management. Tremity successfully converted Thankbox's B2C application into a B2B multi-tenant subscription service, suitable for enterprise-level usage. The team also modernized and re-architected both the front and back end of the platform, implementing new technical features and requirements. Tremity played a crucial role in the design and development process, guiding the product in the right direction. Further, the team managed customer support queries professionally, leading to high customer satisfaction. They also continuously updated and managed the support portal knowledge base and assisted with content management. The team from Thankbox worked with 2-5 members from Tremity, investing over $100,000 in the project since its inception in February 2025. The partnership continues to date.
