Trawelt was hired by Nordic Luxury, a company that designs and operates tailored luxury trips in the Nordics, to develop a custom software solution. The goal was to automate the sending of booking emails from Salesforce. Trawelt was chosen for their competitive pricing, good value for cost, company values, and a positive referral. A team of 2-5 employees from Trawelt worked on the project. They developed an automation system that used existing templates to send different emails based on supplier type, merged existing templates to use Salesforce fields for composition, allowed for manual selection of suppliers to be booked, and enabled emails to be reviewed and modified before being sent. The emails were stored in Salesforce after being sent and linked to the appropriate record. The project was successfully completed and the results were well-received by Nordic Luxury.
