Traust

Traust was engaged by an engineering consulting company for recruitment services. The primary goal was to fill several open positions within the company. Traust presented several quality candidates for consideration, with the company handling all interviewing processes. The collaboration lasted from January 2018 to June 2019. The company did not incur any cost for this project as no candidates from Traust were hired.

In a long-term project with an alcohol manufacturer, Traust has been instrumental in implementing a financial package and replacing the purchasing and management aspects of a legacy ERP system. The technologies used include Oracle E-Business Suite. The team from Traust, which includes a project manager, configuration specialists, and developers, has been working with the company since February 2009. The company has invested between $200,000 and $1 million in this ongoing engagement.

Traust was contracted by Banner Engineering Corporation to fill a short-term talent gap due to the loss of a key employee. The company, a manufacturer of industrial automation products, needed an Oracle expert to ensure the smooth running of their finance and accounting operations through their ERP. Traust provided an experienced resource who was able to troubleshoot and deliver solutions to the day-to-day problems of the company.
