Transcenda

Transcenda was engaged by a real estate development company to address the lack of an automated processing platform for managing deal flow in the industry. The solution developed by Transcenda was a transactional deal manager that tracks leads and prospects throughout the entire real estate pipeline. This system communicates with all stakeholders, from landlords to brokers and tenants, and includes widgets for managing communication and documentation. This allows the entire process to be tracked in one system rather than multiple platforms. The founder and CEO of the real estate company worked with a team of six people from Transcenda, including co-founders Megan and Alexey, designers, project managers, and developers. The collaboration began in August 2019 and is still ongoing. The client found Transcenda to be the best candidate for the job after speaking with them and hearing positive feedback from mutual friends who had worked with them in the past.
