Traction Consulting Group was hired by Comm-Fit Holdings LLC, a provider of fitness equipment, for an ERP conversion to ODOO. The main objectives were to implement the conversion on time and within the budget. Traction Consulting Group was selected for their affordable pricing, cultural fit, and good value for cost. They successfully converted data from multiple legacy systems to a single ERP system, modified the software for specific enhancements, and provided go-live support. The project was completed within the stipulated time frame and budget.
In another project, Fitness Things/All Pro, a commercial and home fitness equipment provider, hired Traction Consulting Group for the implementation of Odoo. The goal was to integrate all their systems into one platform and to utilize the CRM aspect of the program for sales tracking and projections. Traction Consulting Group was chosen for their ability to provide all necessary services in one software platform and offer customization within an out-of-the-box product. The project began with moving the service department onto Odoo, followed by the sales department. Traction Consulting Group assisted in the transfer of data from other systems into Odoo and continues to provide support as needed.
Traction Consulting Group was also engaged by a global staffing firm to modernize their outdated accounting system and implement a cloud-based solution. They designed and remotely implemented the Odoo CRM system, trained 15 people in the organization, and currently provide technical support. The system went live in May 2021 and continues to be enhanced by Traction Consulting Group.
