TraceRoute42

TraceRoute42 was hired by nomtek, a mobile app design and development agency, to maintain and design infrastructure for their SysOps projects. The project involved monitoring infrastructure development and implementing containerization on both native and Cloud Kubernetes, including DigitalOcean solutions. The partnership was formed following research on Clutch and based on TraceRoute42's experience in Kubernetes and DevOps operations. The service provided by TraceRoute42 supports nomtek's daily IT operations and project maintenance from a SysOps perspective. The team from TraceRoute42 consisted of a few administrators who worked closely with nomtek.

Mindgram, a mental health platform, engaged TraceRoute42 to manage and expand its IaaS infrastructure. The decision to choose TraceRoute42 was influenced by positive experiences of coworkers on other projects. TraceRoute42's role included infrastructure management and development, expanding the infrastructure as new features were implemented in the application. The project was handled by a main maintainer from TraceRoute42, who also onboarded an additional admin.

PONS Langenscheidt GmbH, a German publishing house, hired TraceRoute42 to merge decentralized databases. The project was complex due to the multiplicity of products offered by the publishing house. TraceRoute42 was chosen for their reliability and proven track record from a previous project. After reviewing the infrastructure, TraceRoute42 prepared a comprehensive plan for implementing changes with a detailed breakdown of costs and timeframes. The project was successful and resulted in an extended cooperation for maintenance and development activities of the infrastructure. The process was overseen by a Project Manager, with a SysAdmin assigned to work closely with PONS Langenscheidt GmbH.
