Trace Software was engaged by Rolla Academy, an educational training establishment based in Dubai, to develop a new company website and implement SEO work. The project started in July 2017 and lasted until mid-2018, costing approximately 15,000 UAE dirhams (around $4000 USD). The new WordPress website featured several plugin integrations, including a chatbot for site visitors to easily contact the academy. Trace Software was also responsible for increasing the academy's digital visibility through SEO implementation. Despite the offshore challenges, three people from Trace Software effectively coordinated with Rolla Academy to deliver the project. However, due to the difficulties of working with an offshore provider, Rolla Academy decided to switch to a local company after the project's completion.
