TPIsoftware, also known as ThinkPower, partnered with Johnson Health Tech (JHT), a leading fitness equipment manufacturer, to develop a mobile application for the company. JHT, with a presence in over 60 countries, aimed to improve its customer service capabilities and strengthen its market presence. TPIsoftware developed the "Engineer App" for Android OS, allowing JHT to check customer product information, record or update maintenance parts, upload work orders or photos as certificates, and capture digital signatures post-service. The project kicked off in 2014, with the aim to provide robust technical and stability support for JHT's long-term customer service goals. TPIsoftware was chosen for their ability to deliver quality results within the specified timeframe and cost. Although the financial details of the project are confidential, the investment was deemed worthy for the potential future projects and enterprise evolution. The successful partnership resulted in an expanded project scope to add more functionality to the "Engineer App".
