Toughlex worked with Tele2, a major telecommunications operator in the Nordic and Baltic countries, on software development for the company's prepaid services. The company was initially subcontracted, but after impressing with their high qualifications and involvement, they were kept on for future projects. Tele2 provided the high level architecture, business logic, and content, while Toughlex was responsible for the new system implementation and 24/7 support. The team of five from Toughlex, including three developers, a QA, and an account manager, were praised for their flexibility, responsiveness, and value-driven attitude.
The company also worked with Aukok.lt, the largest online donations portal in Lithuania, revamping their website and implementing new functionalities. Toughlex was selected due to their reputation among other software development professionals.
