Totally was hired by Business Disability Forum to transform a paper-based benchmarking tool into an online one with automatic scoring and reporting, as well as to upgrade their website. They successfully created a 164-question benchmarking process online that was fluid and could be adjusted as needed. They also designed access to member-only content based on email domains and created an FTP download site. The project was successful and lasted from 2012 until 2024 with two major upgrades for improved user-friendliness.
