Torchbox

Torchbox was contracted by the MS Society, a non-profit organization, to provide an in-depth analysis of their website traffic and implement strategies to improve organic traffic. The project involved a thorough review of the site's analytics, SEO recommendations, and the creation of a roadmap for future actions. The Torchbox team, consisting of an account manager and five other resources, was praised for their expertise, flexibility, and organization. The MS Society expressed anticipation for the positive impact of Torchbox's work in the coming months.

For PATH, a global health and medical devices company, Torchbox was hired to revamp the information architecture of their website. The project involved auditing current content, proposing new menu categories based on user testing, and implementing the new architecture. The Torchbox team, consisting of 2-5 employees, reviewed the website's information architecture, assessed the SEO value of sections and pages, proposed and user-tested new menu categories and page titles, and implemented the new structure. This involved developing several new page templates and migrating tags on more than 2000 pages.

Oxfam GB, a poverty-focused nonprofit, hired Torchbox to rebuild their corporate website and provide SEO consultancy. The project, carried out by 6-10 Torchbox employees, involved an in-depth discovery phase, a remodelled information architecture, and a new look and feel to reflect Oxfam's new branding. The results were transformative, with a significant increase in average donation amount and almost double the conversion rates. The project's success has led to an extension of Torchbox's work into website analytics and SEO for Oxfam GB.
