Torchbox was contracted by the MS Society, a non-profit organization, for analytics and SEO services. The goal was to understand their traffic figures more deeply and improve organic traffic to their site. Torchbox conducted an audit of their analytics and made SEO recommendations. They provided a roadmap with analytics, technical, and content actions, which were clearly presented and easy to delegate and track. The MS Society found Torchbox to be knowledgeable, flexible, friendly, and well-organized, and they look forward to seeing the impact of their work in the coming months.

Oxfam GB hired Torchbox to rebuild their corporate website, provide SEO consultancy, web design and development, and website analytics and insight. Torchbox created a new supporter-focused website that helped bring Oxfam's Engagement Strategy to life. The project included an in-depth discovery phase, a re-modeled information architecture, and a new look and feel to reflect their new branding. The user-centered approach transformed Oxfam's approach to digital and had an instant impact on their results, with a sizable increase to their average donation amount, and conversion rates almost doubling.

PATH, a global health and medical devices company, contracted Torchbox to review and audit their current content and information architecture, propose new menu categories based on user testing, and implement new information architecture and migrate the associated tagging structure. Torchbox partnered with PATH for an end-to-end process of designing and implementing a new top-level information architecture and menu for their website. This included reviewing their website information architecture, assessing the SEO value of sections and over 4,000 pages, proposing and user-testing new top-level menu categories and page titles, and then implementing the new structure.
