TopRight was hired by an educational franchise to implement the Aprimo system across their network of over 1,200 learning centers. The franchise was struggling with inconsistent follow-up processes and brand presentation due to each center operating independently. TopRight's task was to establish a standardized approach to building customer relationships and managing the sales funnel. The project was large in scope and included change management, as it involved shifting the centers' mindset from independent operation to a consistent, corporate-led approach. The project took approximately ten months from the installation of Aprimo to the first beta communication. TopRight's involvement was instrumental in defining the staffing model, assisting the franchise in hiring additional team members such as a campaign manager and a systems engineer dedicated to Aprimo implementation. The project was completed in August of 2009, costing over $300,000.
