The company provided all tech support, streamlined the process through consultation, and even recommended logo design mock-ups. In another project, TopOut Group was contracted by Xonsult, an online business consulting firm, to manage a client's DigitalOcean environment and assist with technical issues on a large Woocommerce site. Chris, the owner of TopOut Group, was chosen for his expertise and proximity. The company was able to immediately stabilize the DigitalOcean environment and has since provided ongoing maintenance and upgrades. The client praised TopOut Group's flexibility, responsiveness, and quick resolution of requests.

TopOut Group was also engaged by a performing artist in need of a website that would accurately represent them. The artist's PR found TopOut Group and felt they were the best fit due to their listening abilities, patience, and expertise in designing an efficient, easy-to-navigate, and visually striking website. The project involved deciding on the look, navigation, and content of the website, then refining it once a solid skeleton was established. From what the client understood, Christopher led the project with the support of about three other team members who helped with coding and other elements. The client was highly satisfied with the final product.
