Together assisted a Poland-based software development and design company in defining and developing a product roadmap for their internal application. The team at Together was hired to determine a UX strategy that would allow the company to quickly build an MVP. Together's approach involved conducting research with potential users, defining the scope and target audience, and determining key strategic components like Value Proposition. The client was impressed with Together's strategic process, which included examining user needs through interviews and data analysis, organizing workshops to create strategic concepts, and presenting a strategy with detailed recommendations on implementation.
In another project, Together provided business consulting services to a tailor-made dressmaking company with the goal of improving the conversion rate on their site. The team at Together helped the client understand their in-person customers and how they can cater to their needs. They conducted a series of workshops with the client's team to look at the process of creating bespoke dresses for in-person clients. The engagement ran from February to July 2017 and the client invested less than $10,000 in the project.
Together was hired by the Head of Design Studio of AZMX, an innovation and Strategic Design Services Studio, to craft a UX strategy, service design, and conduct UX design and testing. Together was selected for this project because of their great culture fit, good value for cost, and company values that aligned with AZMX. The project involved designing digital products for fintech clients by strategizing the research, design, and testing of the products. The main deliverables included Benchmarking and Best Practices Report Qualitative, Quantitative, and Mixed methods Research, Ideation and brainstorming sessions, Impact vs doability workshops, Information Architecture, Low Fidelity Screen Designs, High Fidelity Interactive Interface Designs, and Usability Testing.
