For the Design Services Studio of AZMX, Together was tasked with crafting UX strategy, service design, and UX design and testing. Referred to by a previous client, Together was chosen for their cultural fit, value for cost, and aligned company values. The team of 6-10 employees worked on designing digital products for fintech clients, strategizing research, design, and testing. The main deliverables included benchmarking and best practices report, qualitative, quantitative, and mixed methods research, ideation and brainstorming sessions, impact vs doability workshops, information architecture, low fidelity screen designs, high fidelity interactive interface designs, and usability testing.
