TNation worked with an international financial media organization to develop and optimize their website. They were involved in the last four iterations of the site, contributing to rebranding, implementing a CMS, coding, and developing intellectual property. The website, which launched in August, uses TNation’s proprietary CMS that runs on CakePHP. It also features extensive SEO work which has significantly increased the site's traffic. The team size varied from 5 to 15, depending on the project phase. The client has been working with TNation since 2007 and has invested around £320,000 ($414,200 USD) in their services.

TNation partnered with an IT consultant at Medianetworks, working on several projects for their client, Biogen, a medical company. One of the projects was an e-learning solution built from scratch using TNation's PHP-based CMS. This solution was chosen for its security, as it contained private medical information. The team also built a large WordPress site for patient communication and a mobile application. The team size varied from 4 to 5 people depending on the project. The client worked with TNation from 2012 to 2017 and spent several million Krona ($200,000–999,999 USD) on their services.
