TMedia Business Solution Pvt. Ltd. worked with an executive recruiting firm based in New York City to develop an online dashboard for management reporting. The firm needed a system that could automate the management of reports from different levels in the US. TMedia assisted in the creation of a portal where these reports could be developed and checked by managers. The project, led by a team of two including a program lead, has been ongoing since March 2022 and has cost the firm $4,000 to date.

In another project, TMedia Business Solution Pvt. Ltd. was hired by a software company to create a tool that could query an existing database and display or process details related to board support packages. The main challenge was to create a lightweight web tool using modern technologies while replicating the existing tool's look and feel. TMedia proposed a well-documented solution and project plan, using the client's suggested technologies. The project was executed by four people from TMedia, including the executive leader, the assigned project manager, and a team of 2 developers.

TMedia Business Solution Pvt. Ltd. was also hired by an optical fiber company to develop an application and populate an SQL database. The company had previously worked with TMedia and had a positive experience. The scope of work included developing a mobile application, deploying a customized Microsoft CRM in the cloud, developing SharePoint and Power BI reports from the existing ERP system, and developing a .Net HR portal. The project was executed by a team of three key people from TMedia, including a project manager, technical lead, and a technical subject matter expert.
