Tio

Tio was hired by T-bant, a wire mesh conveyor belt manufacturer, to develop a custom software solution for their order and supply-chain management. The old software had a poor user experience and was not meeting the company's needs. Tio's team, consisting of a project manager, business analyst, three developers, and a designer, closely observed and analyzed T-bant's business processes. They redefined the product trees and documented all products and the quotation-order workflow. The team then created a roadmap for transitioning to the new software and began customizing their ERP solution according to T-bant's processes. In addition, they provided UX/UI design and front-end development for T-bant's website, which will be integrated into the new ERP system. The project is ongoing and the team size varies depending on the phase of the project.

Tio also partnered with Yıka Gel, a cleaning services startup, to take their idea from concept to launch. The company required branding, UX research and strategy, wireframing and prototyping, UX design, UI design, digital retail experience design, and e-commerce website development. Tio's team, consisting of a project manager, a product specialist, a designer, two developers, and a digital marketing specialist, started with a discovery workshop to shape the idea. They conducted market and user research, created a product roadmap, and worked on Yıka Gel’s brand identity and a design library. The team delivered an MVP in 8 weeks and created a smooth user experience for the website. They also developed an algorithm for scheduling on-demand delivery time for both picking and delivering clean clothes to people’s doors. Yıka Gel now uses their platform to manage orders easily every day.
