Tiny CX Freeform successfully completed a market research and customer segmentation project for an energy retailer in Tasmania. The firm was tasked with understanding the demographics and energy usage patterns of the retailer's customer base. The project involved both qualitative and quantitative research, including an in-depth survey of approximately 15,000 customers. The data gathered was compared with existing customer data and used to understand customer values. The project, which ran from January to June 2020, was deemed successful and the energy retailer continues to engage Tiny CX Freeform for other projects.

In another project, Tiny CX Freeform was hired by OneVault Australia to develop a customer experience (CX) content strategy and design for their accreditation platform. The goal was to deeply understand their six customer verticals and tailor marketing content for those specific groups. Tiny CX Freeform developed a methodology to guide OneVault through the process, which included setting outcomes and timeframes, conducting market research, gathering user feedback, and applying the knowledge to develop the strategy and content. The strategy was successfully launched, with OneVault reaping the rewards ever since. The CEO of OneVault worked directly with the founder of Tiny CX Freeform, highlighting the personalized and hands-on approach of the firm.
