The brand had already launched its eCommerce site with a different digital agency in 2013, but switched to Tinuiti in 2014 to focus on return on ad spend (ROAS). Tinuiti's involvement included on-page search and remarketing, setting up product listing ads, and managing paid search. They also worked on enhancing the brand's conversion rate optimization and conducted experiments with Gmail marketing and banner ads. The engagement, which started in April 2014, is ongoing with no plans to stop.
