Highlights from Recent Projects
Tinderhouse was hired by Cembrit, a Danish fiber cement building product manufacturer, to develop a mobile visualization tool. The tool was designed to help residential building owners and builders visualize how changing the weatherboard color would affect the overall appearance of a property. Tinderhouse developed the app to include six typical UK housing types, each with 20 color options available in the weatherboard range. The project was a success, with the app ready for demonstration at the National Homebuilding and Renovation show and for use by Cembrit's salespeople in their engagements with stockists and prospects.
A three-year-old company supporting parents with young children through their weaning journeys hired Tinderhouse to redesign and develop their baby weaning recipe mobile app. Tinderhouse successfully moved the recipes from the old app to a newly designed, user-friendly app, which included new features such as shopping lists, allergy filters, and recipe videos. They also created a content management system that allowed the company to update the app with new recipes weekly. Additionally, Tinderhouse added an in-app purchase function, enabling existing users to support the company's efforts with weekly updates and ongoing costs.
Stay On Route, a company aimed at making travel more accessible for the visually impaired or blind, hired Tinderhouse to develop the first version of their iOS app. The app notifies users when their destination is approaching, making travel less stressful for the visually impaired. Tinderhouse successfully developed the app, which consisted of 16 separate pages, including seven for the main alarm process and others for about and settings pages. The app was ready for review and launch on the App Store after the successful identification and fixing of bugs during the testing stage.
