Tims Garage was contracted by the Managing Director of Yokraft, an e-commerce store operating on Amazon, with the objective of enhancing sales, improving the cost of advertisement, enhancing the best sellers rank, and boosting profits. Tims Garage was chosen due to their good value for cost, a referral, and alignment of company values. The project, which involved a single employee from Tims Garage, entailed the complete development of Yokraft's Amazon store. This involved product identification, creation of an appealing listing, sourcing management, and product launch. The most significant aspect was the effective management of Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising. The outcome of the project was highly successful, with Yokraft experiencing increased sales and profits. Their listing outperformed all competitors in its subcategory, securing the position of the number one seller.
