TIL Solutions Limited was hired by Artel, an appliance manufacturing company, to set up Odoo, an ERP system. The project involved a team of 2-5 employees from TIL Solutions Limited. The scope of work included setting up Bills of Materials (BOM) for various appliance models, configuring production steps, implementing automated material planning, triggering manufacturing orders from confirmed sales orders, managing vendors and purchases, scheduling production, tracking costs, implementing quality control, enabling traceability, and setting up reporting and dashboards. The company was chosen due to its high ratings, cultural fit, and good value for cost. The results were satisfactory, with the company successfully meeting all the objectives and deliverables outlined in the project scope.
