Thuỷ Thủ Agency was tasked with the creation of a comprehensive new website for Nhi Dong 315, a network of pediatric clinics offering medical examination and treatment services for children all over Vietnam. The goal was to provide an intuitive website that enables online appointment booking, with data synchronized directly from the clinic's internal system. The site's layout was replicated across seven branch clinics, each with its unique brand identity but with a similar interface.
During the project's duration, a team of 6-10 employees from Thuỷ Thủ Agency designed and programmed the entire website for the 315 Children's Clinic system. They used React JS for the front-end and PHP for the back-end on the WordPress platform. The website included 16 interfaces such as home, services, medical team, and was managed via a content management system (CMS). The online appointment scheduling feature was designed to display nearby clinics based on the customers’ location, from which they could pick a desired date and time.
The completed project resulted in a Vietnamese website featuring online appointment booking, customer login via OTP, real-time display of medical history, and data synchronization with Nhi Dong 315's internal system. The layout was successfully duplicated across the seven branch clinic websites with unique branding for each. Additionally, the site was integrated with Google Analytics and online chat services. Thuỷ Thủ Agency provided a 24-month warranty for their services, which successfully balanced high ratings with Nhi Dong 315’s budget.
