Thruster

Thruster was hired by Danske Bank, one of the leading banks in the Nordics, to build and maintain a regulatory reporting system for the bank's customers in Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, and Finland. This project was in response to the 5th AML Directive, which required financial institutions to create a central reporting mechanism for local authorities. Thruster assigned 2-5 employees to this project, providing a total of 3 developers. They handled everything from designing the technical architecture to building, testing, and maintaining the solutions. The project was successful and the bank was satisfied with the value for cost, which fit their budget.

The software development company, UAB Nanobitas, enlisted Thruster’s services to help their clients transition from microservices to monolith and to develop web applications. Thruster was chosen for the project due to their great culture fit and alignment with the company's values. The project involved 6-10 Thruster employees who were responsible for all backend development of the e-commerce system, as well as numerous internal integrations. The project was successful, with the CEO of UAB Nanobitas expressing satisfaction with Thruster’s work.

Tamro, a drug distributor, hired Thruster to kick off an e-commerce solution for the company. The project also aimed to increase the knowledge of company-owned developers and set up the architecture for the e-commerce solution. Thruster was selected due to their high ratings, geographical proximity, budget-friendly pricing, and alignment with the company's culture and values. The project, which involved 2-5 Thruster employees, focused on creating a dedicated ERP software for purchasing goods from the warehouse, writing sale invoices for end customers, tracking margins, integrating with delivery companies, and establishing the packing process of purchased goods. The project was successful and met the company's objectives.
