Threadable.io was tasked with building a tool to streamline the order and delivery process. They began by observing the company's operations, followed by designing the operational and back office system. The team then built the software, delivering a new version every week for testing and feedback. The tool, which includes an invoicing system, an order change management system, and a billing system, was launched after thorough testing. The project, which started in August 2019, has cost between $200,000 and $999,999 and is still ongoing.

Peeled, a FinTech startup, engaged Threadable.io to lead the technical area of their business and build an MVP. Threadable.io was chosen after a rigorous assessment process, which included factors like technology vision, relationship fit, and commercial arrangement. The primary deliverables included the provisioning of a hosted environment, the architecture, and the build and delivery of the core Peeled platform. Threadable.io also implemented and trained Peeled staff in a best practice engineering process and configured tooling to enable automation, auditing, and traceability of activities. The team also assisted in interviewing, testing, and short-listing potential full-time technical candidates for Peeled.
